Stop ‘No jab, no job’ policy

Letters

The National’s front page last Tuesday “It’s legal: No Jab, No job” story on employers providing safe work environment makes no sense.
What laws are we talking about here?
National Parliament has not passed any Covid-19 amendment laws to restrict people’s rights, choices and freedom of movement.
One thing is clear, getting a Covid-19 vaccination does not stop people from getting and spreading the Covid-19 and/or the Delta variant.
The “No jab, no job” demonic campaign must stop and be challenged in the PNG Supreme Court.
Unvaccinated people applying for jobs will find it hard to get one unless they attach a green Covid-19 vaccination card as a requirement.
This will cause division among our people and lead our nation into total chaos and breakdown of law and order.
Prime Minister James Marape must put his foot down and follow the voice of the majority of our people.
