Stop people from smoking in PMVs

SMOKING in PMVs is prohibited.
However, a lot of people do not respect others.
They smoke on PMVs without caring about non-smokers on board.
We know that smoking is bad for the body and we know that passive smoking is even more dangerous.
I find it hard to understand when some people just willingly put other people’s lives at risk by smoking whenever and wherever they want to.
I want the relevant authorities to do something about this.
