Subsidies not for all students

 I WRITE to express my disappointment regarding the tuition fee subsidy distributed by MP Phillip Undialu. Although I applaud the innovative idea to develop human resource, I also question how it was distributed and what criteria were used to dispatch the subsidy as many genuine students have missed out. We appeal to the MP to fast-track the system to help subsidise the fees for those left out within this remaining week.
