System way forward

PRIME Minister James Marape’s intention to introduce the performance based appraisal system to measure the input and output on productivity level in each ministry is a best strategy.
Most people do not have any knowledge about ministerial policy implementation and their achievements.
Such monitoring system will give fair ideas on the performance of leaders in each portfolios.
The strategy brings job satisfaction and motivates the leader, the administrators and staff to contribute meaningfully.
I believe each departments and agencies have their job performances monitoring systems.
I acknowledge the Prime Minister for his intention.
If seriously enforced, the country’s lost economy may be retrieved/taken back.
