Teachers’ salaries

Letters

WHEN the RODSS/EDB023 forms were actioned, many teachers in Eastern Highlands went off the payroll.
While some were surprised to see changes in their salaries being cut, those who filled the forms right on resumption dates but still went off too are confused. Is this a technical fault or caused by human laziness?
Many things seem to be not working out despite much fanfare about teachers’ salaries in the media recently.
So much needs to be done right for teachers.
The likes of the 3 per cent pay rise, not paid on right salary scales, restoration back on payroll quickly, etc.
What is causing the failures to the payslip network?
Teachers have not been able to get this vital document for ages.
Serve teachers better for the best results.

Sok,
Eastern Highlands
