Teachers wait for upgrade

PRIMARY school teachers who hold a bachelor’s degree are still waiting for their qualification payment or a change of rate in their salaries.
They wonder if it was a waste of time upgrading to degree level.
Can someone out there in Papua New Guinea please help these teachers so that they get the pay they deserve?
