THE world would be a primitive place if there was no literacy.
Teachers teaching literacy is like carpenters building a house.
Just imagine if people could not read or write in a common language. It would definitely be a dark world.
I salute all the hard working teachers serving in remote locations.
Despite no government services there, they play a significant role in the development of this growing nation and yet people undermine them. And yet, they are usually the last lot of public servants to be rewarded.
