Think about your future

I HOPE the people in the four local level governments in Rabaul, East New Britain, have voted wisely for quality leader who will deliver basic services.
People must not be fooled by candidates who manipulate your voting rights by giving you money, cargo, building materials or any form of free handouts.
These are a clear indication of bribery.
When they give you money, it’s here one second and gone the next.
The same can be said for the food they give you – here today, gone tomorrow.
But after you’ve spent the money and eaten all the food, the next five years you will spend in pain, struggling and complaining.
Who would be at fault?
Don’t surrender our family values for temporary benefits.
Rise up, stand up and speak up and vote for a quality and God-fearing leader.
You have been in the wards for so many years and have seen and experienced how the lack of services has affected your daily lives.
Be wary of candidates that make big promises and woo you with their words during their campaigns.
