Think positive and speak well about country, says pastor

A SENIOR pastor says those who claim the country is going bad must realise that it is not the country but the people who are the ones that need saving.
Six-Mile Tabernacle of Prayer Pastor Walter Kaumi said this during a sermon on Sunday. “The Government should stop dealing with the country and start to deal with the people,” he said.
“We need people with strong minds to stand firm in all circumstances.
“People need to change how they think and speak as the power of life and death is in the tongue. It is time to write new chapters in our life.
“If you want to prosper with your families, relationships, education, and careers, you must declare prosperity over your life with faith.
“Let’s not sit around and complain when we do nothing.
“Declare in our heart and speak with our mouth what we want to see in ourselves, families and in our country.
“Talk and discuss solutions instead of problems.
“The more we talk about problems, we attract problems in our life and occupy our minds with negativity.”
He urged the congregation to think positive and speak well about themselves and about the country.
“It doesn’t matter what you are going through in life,” Kaumi said.
“You should put your thoughts and hearts right, focus on the success you want to see and speak it with authority.”
