Time for a change

THE election of governors come and go but the townships of Goroka and Kainantu still have not seen any tangible development from their representatives.
The people of Eastern Highlands are not new to this system where university educated people contest elections with many promises just to win votes.
Let’s hope and pray that Peter Numu, as governor, will be different and the people will for once have a governor who can change things and deliver the services people need.
