Time to move Jiwaka forward

JIWAKA is 10 years old but it is yet to have development projects and infrastructure to be proud of.
Hela, on the other hand, is miles ahead of Jiwaka.
This is a case of poor leadership.
The people of Jiwaka need to rise up and do something about this.
We cannot continue to go on like this.
I want the people and leaders of Jiwaka to unite and let us move our province forward.
