Tisa finance appoints two new non-executive directors

TISA (Teachers Savings and Loans Society) Community Finance Ltd has appointed Ian Clyne and Paul Komboi as non-executive directors of the company.
TCF vice-chairman Michael Koisen said Clyne and Komboi had over 40 years of experience in leadership and management. Clyne is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in the banking industry and top level management.
He is the former managing director and group chief executive officer of Bank South Pacific (BSP) and was instrumental in the professionalisation of BSP, the development and implementation of BSP’s Pacific strategy and major transformation programme among other initiatives.
He is currently the non-executive chairman of Geopacific Resources Ltd. Komboi, is an experienced and respected executive in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years. He is chief executive officer of PNG DataCo Ltd. He was appointed as the inaugural managing director of DataCo in March 2014 and subsequently appointed as CEO in 2019.
