Traders told not to cross border

VANILA traders in East Sepik have been warned not to cross the border at Wutung to trade in Jayapura because of the coronavirus.
East Sepik police commander Supt Albert Beli said he had met on Tuesday with the East Sepik provincial disaster committee, which comprises representatives from health, customs, quarantine and other government agencies, and agreed that the cross border vanilla trade needed to be suspended in light of the coronavirus threat.
