 THIS year would be the third time in which the member of Mul Baiyer Lumusa electorate has assisted its students attending tertiary institutions around PNG by providing scholarships. Since his election in 2012, Koi Trappe has outdone his predecessors and has proven to be a true leader who has a heart for his people and the development of human resources of Mul Baiyer Lumusa. We are looking forward to changes that will improve the lives of the people and the image of the electorate. Hats off to you, Trappe and thank you.
