University programme valuable social tool

THE University of Natural Resources and Environment’s Kairak Vudal Resource Training Centre (KVRTC) and its integrated training programme has been identified by the Department of Justice and Attoney-General (DJAG) as a valuable tool in its crime prevention mechanism programme to empower youths through socio-economic development.
The programe was recognised in Kokopo earlier this year and formalised on Wednesday at the school.
