I BELIVE that introducing the vagrancy act will minimize people from flooding into the Nation’s capital. Most of them are unemployed roaming the streets of Port Moresby. They resort to selling betel nut and cigarettes to make ends meet which is one of the contributing factor to the filth in the city. People without decent jobs should be repatriated back to their home provinces. We are in the 21st century and civilisation is taking its course.  If we want to move forward and achieve Vision 2050 then tackle the root cause of every problem.
