Vital to resolve PHQ

THE people of Jiwaka will see their dream of having their own province move a step closer to reality when Parliament resumes this week to pass enabling legislation.
Hopefully, all the speculations of where the provincial headquarters will be located will be finalised and made known by the interim working committee.
It is important to know where the provincial headquarters is as we have a lot of work to do before we finally “stand  on our own feet” in 2012.
Time is definitely not on our side.
