WANTOKS are hoping to ruin the United Sisters game plan in this weekend’s Port Moresby Women’s Softball competition on Saturday at the Bisini Diamonds in the seventh game of round two.

The Wantoks team, lead by former international Kolish Banam, will have to mastermind their batting line-up in order to beat United Sisters, who have power house pitcher, Natalie Bart.

The combination of Wantoks key players Addie Tamti, Elly Arek and Margaret Parom could most likely take their team to victory.

It will be a tough match, with both teams consisting of top players who have just returned from the recent national championships in Kavieng representing the Port Moresby side.

United Sisters will show no mercy and are expected to create a no-go-zone for their opponents.

The United Sisters narrowly beat Stingerz last Saturday and captain Georgina Mautu will be stepping up again to ensure her team wins.

In the other A grade matches, Wolves face Bears at 1.45pm, Admiralty take on Stingerz at 3pm, Gazelle and Chebu go head to head at 1.45pm.

In the B grade, Wolves face Admiralty, Stingerz take on Wantoks, while Gazelle and Chebu meet..
