Western Highlands tertiary students need help as well

 THE  late  Nelson  Mandela once said, “Education is the only weapon which can be used to change the world”. 

Therefore, MPs are allocating funds to sponsor their tertiary students  in universities and colleges and that is a wise decision. 

But how about the Western Highlands and Hagen Central district? 

Please do something for us so that we can benefit too.
