What cash flow problem in SHP?

I READ with interest the comments by the president of the SHP Chamber of Commerce.
Why is he talking about cash flow problem?
There is an abundant of cash floating in SHP even before the start of the LNG project.
To put the record straight, I am delighted to see the governor distributing wealth in every corner of SHP.
Some of the notable development projects are:
1. Halibu-Ambua road construction – still under progress;
2. Extension of Tari Airport;
3. New Pai police barracks;
4. New Paka High School building in partnership with Porgera joint venture tax credit scheme; and
5. Mendi police barracks.
These are just some of the projects.
We also need to work on our land as the good governor said.
