Where is MP for Moresby NW?

 I SUPPORT your editorial (Dec 4). In fact, the MP for Moresby North West only comes out talking about national issues when his ministry comes under spot light and once everything cools down he goes back to his hiding place and forgot all about doing anything good for his electorate since he got elected.  And he has no reason at all why cannot deliver to his constituency when there is no rugged terrain, rivers or huge mountains to climb like other rural MP’s.  I wonder how he has used his DSIP funds for the last three years as there is hardly anything to show for on the ground.  The voters should question where all their money has gone to and start looking for somebody who can represent them well nationally and locally after the 2017 elections.
