Where is PNG soccer going?

I WANT to raise several issues about the recently announced men’s soccer train-on squad.
1. Who is the national coach? Previously, the CMSS coach was supposed to be in charge but now we have a new person. Was this position withdrawn or re-advertised?
2. Some of the players selected are either always warming the bench or get no more than 10 minutes while some did not even play in the NSL at all this season, yet they have been selected. Many big name stars have been omitted. Why?
3. The selection has given a perception that the selection is a family or wantok affair.
Finally, let us not be fooled by Hekari’s success and think we going to be a threat in the SP Games.
Hekari is made of imported players ably backed up by our local boys.
