Who will get the blame?

 NOW that the courts have given the green light to the government to proceed with the UBS loan interest payment, can someone explain who will be at fault later if the Ombudsman Commission finds the government at fault? 

I believe the government will shift the blame to the courts for giving them the green light to proceed.

How will the court be held accountable for its decision if there is evidence of error when allowing the government to proceed with the payment?
