Why is Hoskins missing out?

IT was disappointing to see only one student from one of the pioneer secondary schools (Hoskins) in West New Britain accepted to Unitech.
Last year there were only two and now the number has dropped to one.
Maybe in 2019, we might have none.
The question is why and how?
Can the education authorities investigate and establish the cause.
