Why no more vehicle passes?

 THE CAA has advised that all vehicle passes have run out. It would be interesting to know just how many have been handed out and to whom. We are aware that hundreds of passes have been handed out to persons and companies who have no business having them like some self-proclaimed VIPs. Time for a shake-up and as we hear that bona fide transport services, bus companies and hotels are unable to park their vehicles due to uncontrolled congestion.
