Wingti, help your students

 HUMAN resource development is fundamental and a long-term development that should be prioritised above any other development. Infrastructure, schools, hospitals, etc would not last long if the minds of the people are developed. If a person is well educated, then all those would be well managed as he/she can contribute meaningfully towards the province. Governor Paias Wingti stated human resource as one of his concrete policy during his election campaign in 2012. However, this has turned out to be a political propaganda only to convince the poor parents to vote for him. Governors of other provinces are prioritising human resources and paying the school fees for their students. What about us in Western Highlands? Where is our Governor Wingti?
