Wingti’s time is up

IT takes time to find quality leaders, but Western Highlands people are ones who are naturally blessed with leaders.
It is probably because of the tradition of chieftaincy, moka, and hausman systems that have provided the platform to train and identify leaders with oratory skills, vision and wealth.
Even now, Western Highlands people are leaders in civilisation, business, politics, education and other areas.
Most provinces are catching up with Western Highlands.
At the moment, there are too many from Western Highlands who claim to be true leaders and have confused people into choosing the wrong persons.
I believe I’ve found Western Highlands Governor Paias Wingti’s replacement.
Wingti’s time is up now.
He should voluntarily retire and allow young men to rise in leading the province.
