Flowers beautifying the National Capital District Commission (NCDC) City Hall along the Waigani drive are being outgrown by unwanted weeds. There is a need for assigned gardeners to weed, trim and nurture these plants as they contribute not only to the beautification of the National Capital District head office but the whole city as well.
