Port Moresby’s 9-Mile Cemetery looks anything but a resting place for our dearly departed, with grass so tall you can hardly see the graves and some shelters missing roofs (inset). There are also safety concerns by residents visiting loved ones who are often attacked by opportunists in the area. Suggestions were made that the authorities provide proper fencing, security and hire a cleaning crew to take care of the grass. – Nationalpics by KENNEDY BANI
