The inside of the Central Governor’s office at the Central Provincial Headquarters in Port Moresby. The office has been in a deteriorated state since 2017. Last week, Central Governor Rufina Peter said the governor’s office and residence are unfit to occupy. So much so that since being sworn into office, she has been operating from a hotel restaurant in Port Moresby.
