Parliament officials giving out a vehicle pass to a Parliament worker yesterday during the first Parliament sitting of the year. The passes were issued to mark all vehicles from other motorists who were using the road in Waigani. Around 300 police personnel and 200 soldiers provided security in Waigani yesterday.
