Beautiful coastlines and beaches adorn much of Papua New Guinea, however, non-degradable rubbish such as plastic bags and containers continue to pollute our coasts and oceans. Gaire village in Central is no different. A dog lazily keeps watch on its master’s canoe while all around are evidence of discarded plastic bags and containers.
