Morobe’s Bulolo development authority has funded K500,000 to construct a 1.75km access road that will connect the Apere community of Mumeng local level government to the Bulolo Highway. Kevin Bavu from the Apere community said youths were taking the lead in the road construction. “We believe this type of service will reduce law and order issues in the community,” Bavu said.
