For Vendors at the Gordon informal market, in Port Moresby, it is business as usual despite of the city authority saying they cannot be there and a broken sewerage line nearby spilling out sewage.
Deputy city manager Lulu Ted said the vendors had no permit to do business in the area.
He said Gordons market was notorious for its criminal activities.
