This concrete block has been sitting here in Port Moresby for several months – waiting for unwary pedestrians to walk into it.
Even though it is used as an anchor for a power pole, it is right opposite the International Convention Centre, which will become a feature part of the Apec Leaders’ Summit.
We really don’t want a foreign visitor getting this slab in the face.
