This is the old and rundown science building at Dregerhafen Secondary School in Finschhafen, Morobe.
Board chairman Bussim Stoessel said the lack of proper school infrustructure such as dormitories, had forced students to sleep here.
He said the school was established in the 1950s.
It needs a better dormitory.
