Poor fencing at Kaugere Primary School, Moresby South, National Capital District, has resulted in graffiti filling the walls of the grade 4 and grade 5 classrooms. The classrooms were built by local MP Justin Thatchenko in 2017. Deputy principal Karau Lavai said the school needs proper fencing. – Nationalpic by Malinda Kale
