THIS vehicle, belonging to Anitua Security Service, was bogged in the badly damaged road between Ranguana and Raluana villages in the Raluana local level government of Kokopo, East New Britain on Tuesday.
It went to Raburua to drop off a guard at Rabweld. Kokopo-Rabaul road is badly affected rain.
