WITNESS
This semi-trailer after unloading cargo at the former bmoblie office at Islander, Wagani in Port Moresby, had no space to turn in the yard.
The driver decided to reverse out to the main road at Waigani Drive causing traffic congestion at Islander traffic lights yesterday morning.

There was no proper planning and assessment of the road, including the company premises prior to moving the cargo.
