THE family of Betty Oraka from Lessoalai, Gulf, has been looking for her since March 24.

The family tried to contact her on her mobile phone but it has been switched off since the day she disappeared, according to husband Benedict Gaga.

Gaga said the matter was reported to Lae police two weeks ago after their attempt to contact her on her mobile phone failed.

“Oraka packed her bag and left the house after she was beaten by her brother at his residence in Lae top town on the same day,” Gaga said.

Police are assisting in the search.

Anybody who has seen Betty or has information on her location can contact Lae police station or Benedict on 7650 45524 or 7032 0943 and Patricia on 7338 6483.
