Yopyyopy operating in isolation

 IT is the second year of the Wosera-Gawi MP’s term, so I would like to ask Joseph Yopyyopy to update the electorate on his development plans. It seems like the MP is operating in isolation from Port Moresby. That is preventing voters and supporters from seeing him to discuss the development of the district or issues affecting them. He is a public figure and was chosen by the people as a representative at both the national and provincial levels. He should not be isolating himself.
