MORE than 1,000 people attended the Yabim district youth Bible camp in Kaiapit, Morobe, which ended last Sunday.

It was organised by the Evangelical Lutheran church Wampua congregation at the Gama parish.

The main focus of the camp was to revisit the 95 thesis and the four pillars of the church – faith, grace of God, the Holy Bible and Jesus Christ.

Yabim district youth coordinator Araba Saia said: “It is true that Christians can win their countrymen.”

He urged churches to work together in fostering spiritual growth.

Meanwhile, Markham MP Paul Isikiel pledged K10,000 while PC Woo Trading company supplied the stationery.
