12 students graduate after training

AT least 12 students from the Human Development Institute (HDI) graduated last Friday after successfully completing a personal viability business scheme (Pvbs) level two training.
The students, in their training, earned more using K10 as startup capital.
There were seven levels in Pvbs and level two was the game of money course where they used their startup money to increase their profit.
Level two coach Grand Wavine said the objective of the course was to develop rich habits where profit was just secondary.
“Our project is the viable person and not the business, out participants are referred to as praxis.
“These praxis must follow a set of daily routines to develop rich habits and focus,” Wavine said.
He said nearly everyone focused on profit and the viable project and not the viable person.
Wavine said their role in facilitating the level two course was to ensure that all the participants understood and started practising the personal viability knowledge and skills they had gained in the two weeks.
He said they made sure the praxis data were captured correctly to secure an independent audited track record for each participant which was used to capture performance through a custom mobile application for HDI to determine both the project and the person viability during the two weeks of practical training.
Wavine said one of the student was able to reach a total proprietors fund of K1,584.53 by starting with a K10 in just seven days.
Sommerville Dagi, who was a participant, shared her experience and said it was through networking she was able to make that a profit.
