According to competition manager Simon Koima, all teams will be placed in four pools — two for men and two for women.
“The draws will be done during a technical meeting at the Lae Football Association Park at 3pm on Oct 28,” Koima said “All teams must be in Lae by Tuesday. Teams travelling by road must make their way earlier to attend the meeting. Transport and accommodation will be the responsibility of each team.”
