4 more deaths reported

ANOTHER four Covid-19 deaths were reported in Papua New Guinea on Saturday, rising the country’s death toll to 191.
Last Wednesday and Thursday, eight deaths were reported from Madang and Western Highlands.
The Covid-19 National Control Centre said in a media statement that the four new deaths were all reported from Western Highlands.
Also, 48 new Covid-19 cases were reported on Saturday in seven provinces, increasing the total cases to 17,515.
New Ireland reported 31 of the 48 new cases, Enga six, the National Capital District five, East Sepik and Jiwaka two cases each with Milne Bay and Eastern Highlands reporting one each.
Globally, the total confirmed cases is 190,260,709.
The death toll stands at 4,091,334.
