40 teams to participate in NCD, Central leg of CCIC

A TOTAL of 40 teams will take part in the NCD and Central legs of the Coca-Cola Ipatas Cup which kicks off today at Bava Park, Port Moresby.
The NCD leg has 24 sides while Central has 16.
The winner of each leg will advance to the Southern leg finals.
The opening match in Pool C of the NCD leg between Toks Mix Dogs and Vadavada United will feature several Digicel Cup players and is expected to be one of the matches of the day.
In the Central leg, reigning champions Hohola Emerging in pool D have unknowns ATS DC3, PNG Ports Rainbow Rangers and Harbour City Tornados to contend with.
