Westpac to battle with Kina

IT will be the clash of the commercial banks when competition leaders Westpac face Kina Bank in their Private Companies Netball Competition fixture at the Rita Flynn Indoor court on Sunday.
Westpac have started the season strongly with seven wins, a draw and a loss leading the seven-team competition on 24 points, two points clear of reigning champions Moore Printing.
The rest of the standings has Bank South Pacific (21) and QBE Doves (19) rounding off the top four while Air Niugini (15), Kina Bank (8) and Proclean (4) make up the bottom half.
With three rounds to go before the finals the premiership contenders seem to be Moore Printing, BSP and Westpac while QBE Doves is an outside chance.
The Doves, who were promoted from division one, have five wins and four losses but have been competitive in all their matches despite lacking A grade experience through most of the squad.
