Top Aussie sports firm to visit

A LEADING Australian sports medicine firm will be visiting the country this month.
Victor Sport national brand manager Andrew Shenkar will be visiting the country next week (June 20-24) to sign an agreement with Papua New Guinea High Performance Sport to become the exclusive distributor of their products.
The firm will be taking time to speak with various professional and semi-professional sporting clubs in the country.
PNGHPS director Aaron Alsop said as an affiliate to Sports Medicine Australia, this as an important development in linking up with the leading brand in sports medicine in Australia.
Alsop said Shenkar will be making himself available for organisations such as St John, PNG Hunters, Fifa, PNG Fottball Association, Capital Rugby Union, PNG Rugby Football Union, Digicel Cup clubs, national federations and other interested sporting bodies.
“Basically whoever is interested in accessing information on some of the products that Victor Sport have is welcome to meet with Shenkar,” Alsop said.
Victor Sport will also be providing some training for the PNG HP staff and other individuals that are working in the line of sport medicine in the country.
