Boost tourism instead of giving aid

IT is better to help poor countries boost tourism which is sustainable in the long run.
If global events such festivals, sporting events, conferences, exhibitions, annual gatherings, music concerts are held in these poor countries, their tourism sector would be immensely enhanced.
