O’Neill did the job right

Letters

MOST Papua New Guineans may be illiterate but they are certainly not blind or deaf.
Monday’s The National reported that Prime Minister James Marape Government’s “Connect PNG” road transport infrastructure development plan.
From my perspective, there is little difference, or none at all, to the approach on roads, airports, wharfs and jetties from that of former Prime Minister Peter O’Neill’s aspirations and initiatives.
Free education, free healthcare, these were all from O’Neill.
If only he was given time, Papua New Guinea should be at another level by 2025.
In 40 years of Independence, O’Neill has been the best performing prime minister to date.
